Carp

The apartment parking slot. The kid saw him parking the two-wheeler, and asked, in all innocence “Uncle, why don’t you have a car?”. He smiled. The kid continued “I have one. All my friends have too. Only you don’t have.”  He knew the kid felt sorry for him. He felt sorry for the kid too.

    I have had similar experiences…not as the kid. But as a man with a dilapidated two wheels and two tired legs as back up !

    Mere paas zindagi hain.

    Been thinking about it very recently after a colleague bought a car, albeit used. Do I want to get into the rate race for my own car, my own apartment, my own investment and so on, or just live life?
