Punjab Grill is on the ground floor of the Forum Shantiniketan mall. The food is tasty, and the service exemplary. But as one would expect, the pricing is exorbitant. A meal for two with just a starter, bread, mains and lassi cost us a little over Rs.2500. For when you’re on splurge mode!
A casual dining place that serves alcohol in the family-friendly environs of Inorbit Mall, Whitefield, is a rarity. That warranted a visit. The decor has a ton of greenery and does a great job of setting up a distinct ambiance within the mall. The food and drinks, however, are just average.
Whitefield continues to play host to new breweries, this one is opposite Prestige Shantiniketan. We visited in August, so the brewery should be up by now. Even if it isn’t, go there for the rooftop, friendly service and some excellent spicy food.
We really loved the Punjabi by Nature in Koramangala, and were disappointed by the original version in Whitefield. This revamped effort worked for us only because of the terrace seating. The beer is decent, the food is below average, and the service marches to its own beat!
The restaurant in Whitefield formerly known as The Riverside Bar & Kitchen, minus a key ingredient – alcohol. They make sure you understand that clearly before you step in! Surprisingly good food, friendly service and a lighter bill courtesy Zomato Gold. Butter Chicken Bunny Chow is the must-have dish.
