An interesting conversation on listing on Amazon led me to think about what a legit competitor to that giant will look like. Walmart’s efforts have been around trying to out-Amazon Amazon, and I wouldn’t bet on that ending well. But there exist interesting possibilities, outside of Facebook and Google as well.
Uno Chicago Bar & Grill is famous for its deep dish pizzas, and that they indeed deliver with pizzazz! If you’re into pizzas, this is definitely a must try. But be prepared for a lighter wallet, as a meal for two with alcohol will easily cost you well over Rs.2000.
Sharp, hilarious, poignant. If a book manages to balance all these adjectives, it has to be special. It took me from smile to laugh to moist eyes in a span of 30 pages, and that’s no mean feat. In addition to this, characters written very well, and a deftly delivered commentary on the changing nature of society and its value systems made this book a favourite.
Our reactions to the crimes committed by others is influenced by our (non) understanding of the brain. While we might have some levels of leniency built in for those who are certifiably ill, we are nowhere close to resolving the conflict in the case of those who are (probably) suffering from equally complex mental instability, but only at a point in time.
