Loved the music posters – the Bob Dylan concert one was my favourite. There are also a couple of fun little Bangalore caricatures. In essence, a great place to lounge around. I think it would do even more better if there was alcohol. The music was superb, until they reached a point where MLTR tracks started playing in a loop.

The menu is not vast but offers sufficient choice. We began with a cream of chicken soup. Though it had its share of cornflour, there was enough cream and chicken for us not to complain. We then tried a Bacon Wrapped Chicken. It would have been really awesome if the sauce was a tad bit thicker, but despite that, it’s still worth a try. I have tried the Chilli Beef Strips earlier, and those are really good.

We dropped the idea of a second starter and asked for a Brandied Cube Steak and The Spud-nik. The beef steak was served with herb rice. The beef itself was cooked just right, and the juice added a nice flavour and moistness to the dish. The Spud-nik was a giant potato stuffed with chicken, mushroom and a whole lot of baked beans. Though I found it quite tasty, D found it difficult to finish. I suspect it had something to do with the quantity of baked beans. We had asked for an Oreo shake but that wasn’t available.

The meal above cost us a little over Rs.1150. The service was quite friendly and prompt.
