The idea of brand
A bunch of factors – ranging from an explosion of interfaces to the expectation from brands to take a stance on societal issues – made me reflect on the idea of brand. Is being consistent the way forward, or does retaining the brand essence in vastly different contexts warrant a different approach?
The Grace of Kings
The first part of The Dandelion Dynasty trilogy, this is silkpunk’s attempt at Game of Thrones. What works for the book are the interesting characters, the plot twists and the unflagging pace. But it’s better to go in without the level of expectations set up by the author’s other book The Paper Menagerie.
La Casa Brewery & Kitchen
Against all instincts, we made the trip to Sarjapur Road in the hope that we’d find some good craft beer. We ended up not using the “2+2 on drinks” Zomato Gold offer. That should provide enough insight into the quality of beer, the food was equally down there! We’d have been better off at our own casa!
