Son of Vasishta. Vasishta had seven sons with Urja – Rajas, Gotra, Urdhwabahu, Savana, Anagha, Sutapas, Shukra. They were the saptarsihis in the third Manvanthara according to Vishnupurana Ansh 1 Chapter 10.
