One of Sagara’s wives. She was the daughter of the king of Vidarbha. Their son was Asamanjas as per Ramayana Balakanda Sarga 38.

Keshini (5)
Angiras’ son Sudhanva and Prahlad’s son Virochana had an argument over Keshini. Sudhanva was a brahmin and Virochana an asura. Virochana argued that an asura was worthier than a brahmin. They wagered their lives and approached Prahlad for resolving the issue. Prahlad decreed that a brahmin was worthier, but since he had been fair, Sudhanva spared Virochana’s life. But Sudhanva made Virochana wash his feet in front of Keshini, and then married her as per Mahabharata Udyogaparva Chapter 35.

Parvati’s attendant. She is mentioned in Mahabharata Vanaparva Chapter 231 verse 48.

A companion of Damayanti. When Nala arrived in Kandinapura as Bahuka, the charioteer of Rituparna, Keshini approached him on the instructions of Damayanti and using various tests, found out Bahuka’s true identity, as per Mahabharata Vanaparva Chapter 74 verse 75.

A devastri. To Kashyapa and Pradha were born 12 apsaras named Alambusha, Mishrakeshi, Vidyulparna, Tilottama, Aruna, Rakshita, Rambha, Manorama, Keshini, Surata, Suraja, Supriya as per Mahabharata Adiparva Chapter 55.

An asura who worked for Kamsa. As per his instructions, he once went in the form of a horse, to kill Krishna. Krishna killed him and earned the name Keshava as per Bhagavata Dashamaskanda Chapter 37.
Keshi (1)
An asura. One of the 40 danavas born to Kashyapa and Danu as per Mahabharata Adiparva Chapter 65.
Once, during the deva-asura war, the devas suffered huge casualties and Keshi tried to capture two daughters of prajapatis – Daityasena and Devasena. Daityasena went with him willingly, but Devasena resisted, shouting, and this brought Indra running. There was a fierce battle between Keshi and Indra and finally Keshi fled as per Mahabharata Vanaparva Chapter 223.
Once Keshi and Vishnu fought for thirteen days as per Mahabharata Vanaparva Chapter 134 verse 20.
