Krisha (1)

A sage who was a friend of Shringi. He underwent many hardships for the sake of dharma and hence got the name. Once Parikshit dropped a dead snake on the neck of Shringi’s father. Krisha informed Shringi as per Mahabharata Adiparva Chapters 41,42.

Krimila

A puruvanshi king. The dynasty had a king named Bahyashwa, who had five sons  – Mukula, Srinjaya, Brihadishu, Yavinara, Krimila who later became famous as the Panchalas as per Agnipurana Chapter 278.

An Anga king. The dynasty had a king named Ushinara who had five wives – Nriga, Nara, Krimi, Dasha, Drishadwati. As per Agnipurana Chapter 227, his sons with each of them respectively were Nriga, Nara, Krimi, Suvrata, Shibi.
