A holy place. Bathing here and staying for three days takes away the sorrows of life and death as per Mahabharata Anushasanaparva Chapter 25.

Bhumi. Since Parashurama gifted earth to Kashyapa, she was also called Kaashyapi, as per brahmandapurana Chapter 89.
Kaashyapadweepa
An island as per Mahabharata Bhishmaparva Chapter 6 verse 55.
